Activities

Guillaume Henry, attorney at law at the Paris Court, is a doctor of law and a specialist in intellectual property law. He has more than twenty years of experience in this field.

Guillaume is recognized for his expertise in patent litigation, which represents a substantial part of his practice. He assists companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, automotive, electronics, agricultural machinery and cosmetics industries, among others.

In the area of trademarks and designs, Guillaume assists and represents, among others, the French leader in DIY, several French and foreign sports equipment manufacturers, major sports federations, and a leader in the lighting market.

He also assists his clients in the field of environmental communication (ecolabels, greenwashing, protection strategy, etc.).

In the field of art, Guillaume assists and represents several major public auction houses.

Guillaume assists his clients in the implementation of a global strategy for the protection of their intellectual property rights by ensuring the management and monitoring of their trademarks and designs, the negotiation of contracts relating to their intellectual property rights, and their defense in case of litigation.

He is an associate professor at the CEIPI and a member of the international bureau and vice-reporter general of AIPPI.
