Maÿlis Gadonneix has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2014. She earned a degree, with honours, from Université de Paris II (Panthéon-Assas), in the “Literary, Artistic and Industrial Property Law” Master 2 programme, which is headed by Professor Pierre-Yves Gautier.
She joined SZLEPER | HENRY Avocats after having completed several intellectual property law internships with several law firms and, in particular, with the legal department of a major French luxury goods company.
Maÿlis Gadonneix handles intellectual property law matters, in particular design law, trademark law, copyright, unfair competition, new technology law (GDPR, personal data, IT contracts, etc.) and art market law.
She assists the firm’s clients by providing advisory services and handling litigation files. She is a member of APRAM (Association of Trademark and Design Law Practitioners).
