Victor Benincasa has been a lawyer with the firm since 2018. He earned a degree, with honours, from Université de Paris II (Panthéon-Assas), in the “Literary, Artistic and Industrial Property Law” Master 2 programme, which is headed by Professor Pierre-Yves Gautier. He also earned a degree, with honours, from Université de Paris II (Panthéon-Assas), in the “International Business Law” Master 2 programme, which is headed by Professors Michel Grimaldi and Marie Goré.
He joined SZLEPER | HENRY Avocats after having completed several intellectual property law internships with several law firms, in particular in Vietnam, and with the legal department of a major French luxury goods company.
Victor Benincasa handles intellectual property law matters (in particular, patent law, design law, trademark law and copyright) and new technology law matters (GDPR, personal data, IT contracts, etc.).
He assists the firm’s clients by providing advisory services and handling litigation files.
